My son and nephews love them.Apr 14, 2010 I bought this as a birthday gift for my 7 year old son. He loves them. There is an opportunity to discuss how magnets work and how they effect this toy. Not very dourable for younger children but my nephews, ages 4 and 12 also love these toys.
Bought 3, all the same, supposed to be "varied"Feb 19, 2010 I bought three Battle Packs, my dissapointment was that they where all the same. Other wise great toy, my 4 year old loves it.
I am suprisedJan 18, 2010 We got this set for a friends child. Once the kids got bored at the party we read the rules and gavee it a shot. Its actually pretty fun. Cool idea how the little balls pop open. The math involved makes it a pretty educational toy. The collectability is also there, with so many different G numbers on these things one could have a huge collection. One of the balls needed a little bit of modification to pop properly, but I guess that is to be expected of mass marketed plastic toys these days. Other than that the kids seemed really excited about it, and the adults had some fun too.
My brother loves it!Dec 29, 2009 Great pack for the value, it comes with a lot of cards for your collection.

Great value setNov 12, 2009 Bought for my 9-yr old son who likes every new fad. Played with it all weekend - does teach game skills and is fun when they open. Good value set - better than buying one-off additions or even the 'starter' pack.
