Excellent customer service!Aug 24, 2010 The manual that came with our microscope was damaged by our dog. I emailed C&A Scientific and within 10 minutes had a response with a downloadable version of the instructions. I was very impressed!

Durable, clear picture.Jul 01, 2010 Just like the microscope I had when I was a kid in the 70's. Works well and is durable and nice and heavy. Not cheap, tippy plastic. Get the extra sets of slides!

Total junkJun 19, 2010 After several battery replacements this thing will simply not work. The light will come on only on occasion. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and the total disappointment she showed with this thing will stick with me for years to come.
Just garbage.
